At Diagnosol Healthtech, your satisfaction is our priority. We take every step to ensure that the products you receive are of the highest quality and meet your expectations. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to make things right.
When You Can Return a Product
You can request a return or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the original invoice.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
Due to the nature of diagnostic and health tech products, some items are non-returnable:

Opened or used diagnostic kits, reagents, or consumables

Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

Custom-made or special-order products

Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

The refund will be made through your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For international orders, bank charges, customs duties, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
Replacements
If a replacement is possible, we’ll arrange for one to be shipped to you at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping

If the issue is from our side (wrong item, damage in transit), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

If you are returning a product for any other reason, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
